Our emergency number (06) is available day and night. This number can be used when labour starts or you have any concerns for the midwife to address. Click here for a list of circumstances in which you must contact us.

If for any reason you are unable to reach us on this number and your issue is urgent, please ring the doctor’s service on: 0900 15 15. This answering service will be able to get in touch with us. 

Telephone consultation
Everyday we hold telephone consultations.
Between 1.30pm and 2pm you can reach our midwife on our regular number (030 – 231 13 76) and ask her non urgent, midwifery relevant questions. 

Please use our emergency number for urgent matters.

Call-back Service
If our telephone consultation times are not convenient for you and you need to speak to a midwife, please ring us Monday – Friday before 1pm on our regular phone number and request a call back. A midwife will ring you back the same day.
